Hello, Sailor!

First of all, thank you *so* much for writing this story. I know that whatever you decide on, it will be perfect. There can never be too much OT3 love.

In general, I love fic. Serious fic and fluffy fic. Mostly, I love plot. Don't get me wrong--I never turn down smut, but I do prefer plot to pwp. In that vein, if you feel that you either can't write a sex scene or that it would be inappropriate or whatever, don't feel that you *have* to write sex. I'm fine with fade to black in the bedroom or even just relationship building. On the same token, don't be afraid of sex. Now, let me give you some more information about my fandoms.

Criminal Minds - Hotch/Prentiss/Rossi (dealing with trauma)
For me, this OT3 is relatively new in that I've always seen Emily as being with JJ. Unfortunately, the subtext between them has all but dried up. I saw Hotch/Rossi almost immediately. Then, at the end of 504, this jumped up and bit me. Like woah. I see them as being more recently developed. Someone wrote a fic recently with the two of them getting together just after 504 and I adored it because, as much as a threesome in this fandom can, it made sense. However, if you would like to write it before that, I won't argue. As far as the prompt, these three characters all have colourful, checkered histories but they tend to deal with trauma in the same way--that is, by holding it in and hiding it and letting it fester to some extent. I would love to see them dealing with either a shared trauma or one or two helping the other(s) deal with an individual trauma. It can be like that story I mentioned where it is the catalyst to them getting together or it can be established. While I prefer fics that establish a relationship, I know that it can be the harder fic to write. Go with what grabs you.

Leverage - Eliot/Parker/Hardison (changes)
This particular OT3 I saw from pretty much the very beginning. Seriously. I was cackling through the pilot at the prospect and by the end of season 1, it felt like they had made it canon. The three of them just fit together. I have read pretty much every fic with this threesome that I could find. I like the ones where Parker is a bit of a nympho because it just seems like one of those things she would be, but unexpectedly. Kind of like the flute comment in American Pie. If you've never seen the movie and don't know what I'm talking about, you should definitely rent it. I love Eliot when he's being all butch and protective, especially of Parker even though she actually can handle herself. I love nerdy Hardison. I love fics with the three of them just being them and figuring out how they fit together. By the prompt, I'm really thinking of the transition between first and second season, but don't let that limit you. You could also incorporate the changes just before this most recent hiatus or something completely different. Again, go with what grabs you.

Stargate SG-1 - O'Neill/Carter/Jackson (normalcy)
The only bad thing about this OT3 and what I tend to feel guilty about when writing, is that it neglects Teal'c. But I still love them. And I love them together. This one also gets complicated mostly because of Jack and also a bit because of Sam. Let's face it: they're both career military and they could likely lose their careers over it. It means that this one is tricky to do right. I applaud you if you attempt it. What I like to see in them is pretty much the same as on the show. They work well together. They do a lot of things well together. Once they got over the initial bump, I think they would fall into an easy rhythm very similar to now but with that added bonus. By normalcy, I'm actually thinking of the novelty of normalcy. For them, normal is crisis. I would enjoy seeing a view of either: normalcy in crisis and how that changes or doesn't change when they're in the thick of it; or how they deal with domestic stuff. Need I say it? Just go with it.

Stargate Atlantis - Weir/Carter/Caldwell (stress of command)
I have never actually seen this OT3. But I was thinking about it and decided to go with something new and different. At first, I thought this would be a one night sort of thing, but then I figured that it would actually be a recurrent thing whenever the three of them or even two of the three of them are together. It stemmed from a ficathon piece I wrote for Weir/Caldwell but with added OT3 goodness. You're welcome to read it (check the fic tags...should be the first one to pop up) to see what I mean, but obviously not a requirement. Since this one was kind of a whim (and I'm sorry if this is how you were matched and feel shortchanged...get the mod to contact him or even comment anonymously and I'll try to give you more), this will be mostly what you make of it. By the prompt is how I see them getting together. In their commands, especially for Sam after SG-1 has gone their separate ways, they are all pretty lonely. Like minds coming together and all that. Again, feel free to question me further or run with it as you will.

The most important thing in all of this is to have fun and write what you will. I'll be happy with whatever you come up with. Happy sailing!
